About your new role

As Duty Manger you will work as part of an Operations Team to oversee the daily operations of the Centre. The primary role of the Duty Manger is to ensure plant room operations, water testing & chemistry, and OH&S policy and procedure are adhered to. You will be a visible presence both on pool deck and in other areas of the Centre.

You will be the first point of contact for all external stakeholders attending the Centre and first aid response. Ensuring professional communication throughout the Centre for any events, incidents and programing is critical to the role. Having the ability to multi-tasks several items at the same time is a key requirement to be successful in this position..

As part of the role, you may be the most senior person on site at times and will lead by example for all staff ensuring that patron's safety and members experience is of the highest standard.

The successful candidate will be available to work across various mornings, day and evening shifts including weekends.

We are recruiting for staff looking for Full Time and Casual positions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

  • Plant room experience
  • Current CPR
  • Senior First Aid
  • Pool lifeguard license
  • Aquatic Technical Operations (Pool Ops) Certificate
